Dr. Gierut specializes in general rheumatology. Her medical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, ankylosing spondylitis, vasculitis, scleroderma, psoriatic arthritis, gout, immunologic diseases and immunodeficiency. Dr. Gierut comes to Loyola from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine where she was a clinical instructor of rheumatology. Dr. Gierut received her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
